About the Role:

We are looking for a Junior Technical Support Engineer to join our team in Vadodara. The role involves handling customer calls, providing technical support, and ensuring prompt and effective solutions. The candidate will prepare documentation of calls and solutions, collaborate with the team to implement effective resolutions, and maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Handle customer calls and provide on-call support.

 Prepare documentation of all calls, solutions provided, and on-site activities.

 Collaborate with the team to explore and implement effective solutions.

 Maintain a professional and customer-centric approach in all interactions

Who Can Apply (Ideal Backgrounds):

We welcome candidates with a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication (preferred) or Electrical Engineering. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of relevant experience in technical support, electronics, or electrical-related roles can apply. Individuals with a good understanding of electronics and mathematics, strong communication skills in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, and a positive learning attitude are encouraged to apply. Candidates who are willing to work independently and on-site as needed will be a good fit for this role.
