Technical Assistant – CRM, Data Analytics & Website Backend

Service On Wheel is looking for a motivated and technically skilled Technical Assistant to join our team. The role will primarily involve CRM software testing, data analytics, website backend support, system monitoring, and technical operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates who want practical exposure to a growing technology-driven service business and hands-on experience with CRM, data, websites, and business technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. CRM Testing and Support

   • Test CRM modules, features, workflows, and new updates.

   • Identify bugs, errors, synchronization issues, and functional problems.

   • Prepare test cases and maintain testing reports.

   • Verify CRM data accuracy and system performance.

   • Coordinate with the development team for issue resolution.

   • Test customer, service partner, booking, lead, payment, and job management modules.

2. Data Analytics and Reporting

   • Collect, clean, and analyze business data.

   • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.

   • Analyze customer, service, technician, city, service category, and lead data.

   • Identify trends and provide useful business insights.

   • Work with Excel and dashboards for management reporting.

   • Support city-wise and service-wise performance analysis.

3. Website Backend Support

   • Manage and monitor website backend activities.

   • Update service, city, category, and other website information.

   • Check website forms, leads, data flow, and backend functionality.

   • Coordinate with developers for website bugs and technical issues.

   • Support basic website administration and content updates.

4. Technical Operations

   • Troubleshoot day-to-day software and system issues.

   • Monitor data synchronization between CRM, website, and applications.

   • Assist in testing Android and iOS applications.

   • Maintain technical documentation and issue-tracking reports.

   • Coordinate with internal teams to improve system efficiency.

Job Requirements

Qualification: Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science, IT, MCA, BCA, B.Tech, or a related field.

Experience: 0–3 years. Freshers with strong technical knowledge and willingness to learn may also apply.
