We are looking for a Male Technical Support & Service Executive for our software company.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers through online and offline channels.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot software.
- Visit customer sites for installation, training, and technical support.
- Resolve customer queries and ensure timely service.
Eligibility:
- BCA, B.Sc. (IT), B.Sc. (Computer Science), or any Technical Diploma/Degree candidates will be preferred.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge and good communication skills.
- Must own a bike and have a valid driving license.
- Willingness to travel for customer support.
