Job Summary:
The Technical Assistant (Computer Operator) will support the daily digital and administrative operations of the Tehsil office. The role involves handling data entry, maintaining records, assisting in e-governance services, and ensuring smooth functioning of computer systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry and update records in government portals and databases
Maintain and organize digital and physical records of the Tehsil office
Operate computers, printers, scanners, and other office equipment
Assist in online services such as certificates, land records, and public service applications
Provide basic technical support to staff for software and hardware issues
Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of official data
Prepare reports, documents, and official correspondence as required
Coordinate with other departments for data sharing and updates
Required Qualifications:
Minimum 12th pass or graduate in any discipline
Basic computer certification (e.g., Diploma in Computer Applications)
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Familiarity with government portals and data management systems
