• Knowledge of SAN/NAS, RAID, VMware

• Awareness of AWS/Azure

• Basic networking and hardware troubleshooting

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• 24/7 shift operations including night/weekend shifts

• Monitoring servers, networks, cooling, and power systems

• Logging incidents and escalating issues

• Maintaining shift handover documentation

• Smart-hands support including racking/cabling

• Physical walkthroughs and security log maintenance
