Key Responsibilities:
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV surveillance systems.
Diagnose and repair faults in CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, and related equipment.
Visit client sites for installation, servicing, and troubleshooting.
Ensure proper wiring, networking, and system connectivity.
Conduct regular maintenance checks and system upgrades.
Provide technical support and guidance to clients when required.
Maintain service reports and documentation of field visits.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Basic to advanced knowledge of CCTV systems and components.
Understanding of networking (IP cameras, routers, LAN connections).
Ability to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
Willingness to travel for fieldwork and on-site support.
Basic electrical knowledge is an added advantage.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Additional Requirements:
Two-wheeler with valid driving license (preferred).
Ability to work independently and in a team.
Flexible with working hours if required.
