Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and skilled PHP Developer with hands-on experience in the CodeIgniter framework to join our development team. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of PHP development, MVC architecture, and database integration. The candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and improving web applications while following industry best practices.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and CodeIgniter framework.
Write clean, scalable, and well-documented code following software development best practices.
Integrate data from various back-end services, APIs, and databases.
Design and implement database structures using MySQL or other relational databases.
Work with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize existing applications.
Implement security and data protection measures in web applications.
Collaborate with team members to gather and refine project requirements and technical specifications.
Ensure application performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
Participate in code reviews and continuous improvement of development processes.

Required Skills

1.5 - 2 years of experience in PHP development.
Strong experience with CodeIgniter Framework.
Good understanding of MVC architecture.
Experience with Core PHP, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases.
Familiarity with Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts.
Understanding of session management, security practices, and web development standards.
Experience in REST API integration and development.
Knowledge of Git or version control systems is a plus.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Must have completed at least 3 projects using the CodeIgniter framework.
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced development environment.
Willingness to learn new technologies and improve technical skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
