Software Developer / Application Developer

Techflyer Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a skilled C# Desktop Application Developer to build a high-quality Windows desktop application from scratch. We require a candidate with proven hands-on experience in Windows desktop application development, strong UI/UX capabilities, and the ability to independently manage development, debugging, testing, and release readiness.

Mandatory Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET, WPF, and XAML.

• Must have previously developed at least one complete Windows-compatible desktop application.

• Must be able to demonstrate their previously developed application through a working build, demo, or other verifiable project evidence.

• Strong expertise in modern, pixel-perfect desktop UI design, animations, transitions, custom controls, and smooth interactions.

• Experience with MVVM architecture, asynchronous programming, and multithreading.

• Strong debugging skills, including identifying crashes, memory leaks, and performance issues.

• Knowledge of Windows APIs, system integration, and application security.

• Experience with application testing, optimization, installers, and release management.

• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and reliable code.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a high-quality Windows desktop application from scratch.

• Design and implement visually polished, responsive, and professional desktop interfaces.

• Develop complete application features using clean and maintainable code.

• Ensure application stability, performance, and proper error handling.

• Identify and resolve bugs, crashes, memory leaks, and performance bottlenecks.

• Implement MVVM architecture, asynchronous operations, and multithreading where required.

• Ensure compatibility with supported Windows versions and follow Microsoft development requirements.

• Handle application testing, optimization, installers, and release readiness.

• Take complete ownership of development, debugging, testing, and delivery.

Strict Selection Criteria

1. Prior Windows desktop application development experience is compulsory.

2. Candidates without a previously developed Windows desktop application will not be considered.

3. Candidates must share their previous application's demo, working build, screenshots, or other verifiable evidence for technical evaluation.

4. Candidates must be able to explain their role, technical implementation, architecture, and development process.

5. Selection will be based on practical skills and technical evaluation, not solely on resume claims.
