We are looking for a dedicated Software Engineer to join the Upsellity AI team. Upsellity AI is a specialized Shopify app focused on helping D2C brands maximize their revenue by increasing Average Order Value (AOV). Our platform empowers merchants
Key Responsibilities

● App Management & Development: Take ownership of the Upsellity codebase; manage the app's lifecycle, ensure uptime, and lead the development of new features.

● Full Stack Implementation: Build and maintain features using Remix (React-based framework) and Node.js.

● Shopify Integration: Handle OAuth processes for app installation and permissions.

● API Interaction: Use Shopify GraphQL Admin API to query and mutate merchant data effi ciently.

● Frontend Development: Design seamless, native-feeling user interfaces using Polaris React and the Shopify App Bridge (Next Gen) to ensure the app feels like a natural part of the Shopify Admin.

● Event Handling: Confi gure and manage Webhooks to handle real-time events triggered by Shopify.

● Bug Fixing: Proactively identify, troubleshoot, and fi x bugs to ensure a smooth merchant experience.

Required Skills & Tech Stack

● Experience: Approximately 1 year of professional experience in web development.

● Core Framework: Strong understanding of Remix and React.js.

● Shopify Ecosystem: Familiarity with or a strong desire to learn Shopify App Bridge, Shopify CLI, and Polaris Design System.

● Backend & APIs: Experience working with GraphQL, REST APIs, and authentication methods (OAuth).

● Tooling: Comfort using Git, Shopify CLI, and modern CI/CD practices.
