We are in need of Software Professionals for working as Implementation and Support Executives. This is a fantastic opportunity for candidates to work in setting up and deploying ERP Software on to client’s sites and Providing Support and Customization for the software.
The selected candidates will be given hands on mentorship training on our ERP Suite. Candidates get to learn the complete product lifecycle.
Qualification: Any Bachelors Degree with good knowledge in JAVA, SQL, HTML and CSS.
Job Location: Work from Home. But have to travel to and stay in client locations during Implementation. Travel, food and accommodation of the candidate during Implementation will be borne by the company (applicable for locations other than the candidate’s native place).

Skill Set Required:
Candidate should have
Zeal to learn new technologies.
Be able to carry out product customizations at the client site during product implementation phase.
Train client resources to use the product being deployed. Training should focus on the product features and customization done for them.
Be able to handle post implementation activities such as resolving technical and functional issues and performing knowledge transfer to his/her peers.
Be polite to the clients and handle every situation with utmost care and keep their reporting managers informed of their daily activities during implementation phase.
Ensure adherence to defined processes based on the work assigned.
Have good communication skills (English and Regional language - Written and Oral)
Have good inter-personal skills
