Detailed Job Description

• Act as the onsite GPP expert and serve as the focal point for all GPP-related questions, issues, and coordination between Unisystem and Finastra teams.

• Participate in Low-Level Design (LLD) and Interface Level Design workshops and provide inputs on system design, interface design, and integration activities.

• Act as a configuration expert for customer support systems and business configurations.

• Troubleshoot and triage GPP testing issues using logs, trace files, Oracle queries, and related diagnostic tools.

• Support bank SIT/UAT/NFT test phases through query resolution, test scope reviews, and issue management.

• Handle production issue triage, recommend workarounds, and support production upgrades.

• Participate in walkthroughs of technical specifications, functional specifications, and use-case documentation.

• Experience level expected: SME with approximately 7+ years of relevant experience.
