Job Title: MIS Executive
Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented MIS Executive to manage daily reporting, data management, data analysis, and MIS-related activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Manage, analyze, and maintain large volumes of data using MS Excel.
Prepare Excel reports, dashboards, and summaries for management.
Perform data validation, reconciliation, and error checking.
Maintain accurate and updated records in Excel/Google Sheets.
Coordinate with different departments for data collection and reporting.
Ensure timely submission of all required reports.
Handle data entry and maintain proper documentation.
Communicate effectively with internal teams through calls and emails.
Required Skills:
2–4 years of experience in MIS/Data Reporting.
Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
Knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF, SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, Charts & Dashboards.
Good data analysis and data management skills.
Typing speed: 30 WPM+.
Good English communication skills (verbal and written).
Good attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to manage multiple reports and meet deadlines.
Knowledge of Google Sheets is an added advantage.
Knowledge of Power BI/Power Query is an advantage.
