Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Controller Trainee to join our team in Bhubaneswar. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of data collected from various traffic surveys, including Junction Turning Counts (JTC), Automatic Traffic Counts (ATC), Pedestrian Surveys, Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR), Queue Surveys, Parking Surveys, and other related studies. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced professionals, recent graduates, or individuals looking to start a career in quality control and data accuracy.
The ideal candidate will be meticulous, analytical, and eager to learn quality assurance processes in a professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Review and verify data from different traffic surveys for accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
Ensure all deliverables meet predefined quality standards and client requirements.
Identify and report errors or inconsistencies in data.
Collaborate with team members to improve quality processes.
Maintain detailed documentation of quality control procedures and findings.
Support the team in maintaining compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Science, Engineering, or related fields).
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Basic understanding of quality control principles (training will be provided).
Good communication in English and teamwork skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and comfortable working with data.
Experience in the traffic Survey is preferable.

Compensation:
For Freshers: ₹28,000 per month
