Job Description

We are hiring a QA/QC Documentation Executive responsible for managing and verifying all quality-related paperwork in our manufacturing unit. The role focuses on maintaining accurate QA/QC records and ensuring compliance with company quality standards.

Responsibilities

Check and maintain QA/QC documents, batch records, SOPs, and inspection reports
Ensure all production documentation is complete and properly filed
Coordinate with production and quality teams
Prepare documents for audits
Maintain digital and physical quality records
Report documentation gaps or errors

Requirements

Graduate (Science/Engineering preferred)
1–3 years experience in QA/QC documentation (manufacturing background preferred)
Knowledge of ISO/GMP is a plus
Good MS Excel & Word skills
Strong attention to detail
