Application L1 IT Support

Key Skill Set Requirements:

  • Basic Knowledge of SQL / Oracle Database (Select, Update, Delete queries, running procedures, etc.)

  • Ability to provide technical support for enterprise-level application systems.

  • Respond to general queries and trouble tickets promptly.

  • Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and identify potential solutions to resolve issues.

  • Ability to prioritize multiple open issues effectively.

  • Document issue triage throughout the troubleshooting process.

  • Maintain service reports.

  • Document actionable bugs for engineering resolution.
