QA / Application Support Engineer

About the Role

We’re looking for a Manual QA Tester who can help us ensure our web applications are reliable, user-friendly, and free from critical bugs. You’ll work closely with developers and product teams to test new features, identify issues, and improve the overall product experience.

Responsibilities

• Test web applications and new features manually across different browsers and devices.

• Create and execute test cases, test scenarios, and checklists.

• Perform functional, regression, integration, and usability testing.

• Identify, reproduce, and document bugs with clear steps and supporting screenshots/videos.

• Verify bug fixes and ensure issues are properly resolved.

• Test different user flows and edge cases to identify potential problems before release.

• Work closely with developers and product managers to understand requirements and expected behavior.

• Participate in release testing and help ensure features are production-ready.

• Perform exploratory testing to find issues that may not be covered by predefined test cases.

• Maintain QA documentation and testing reports.

Requirements

• Good understanding of software testing concepts and QA processes.

• Experience testing web applications.

• Ability to write clear and detailed test cases.

• Strong bug-reporting and troubleshooting skills.

• Good understanding of browsers, responsive design, and web technologies.

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Trello, Linear, or similar issue-tracking platforms.

• Good attention to detail and a user-focused mindset.

• Strong communication skills.

Good to Have

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

• Experience with API testing using tools such as Postman.

• Basic understanding of SQL and databases.

• Experience testing SaaS products.

• Familiarity with Chrome DevTools.

• Experience with cross-browser and mobile testing.
