We are looking for a QA / Application Support Engineer to join our team at at Kimleys Infotech Private Limited, contributing to software, data, or IT system development and support. This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 - ₹25,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional support to customers via email, chat, and video calls.
Troubleshoot application issues and identify root causes.
Investigate customer-reported bugs and gather all required information for engineering.
Reproduce reported issues in the test environment.
Escalate product defects to the development team with detailed documentation.
Monitor customer tickets and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
Prepare clear, professional, and empathetic responses to customer inquiries.
Assist customers with product setup, configuration, onboarding, and best practices.
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and internal documentation.
Verify bug fixes and test newly released features before production deployment.
Work closely with Product Management, QA, and Engineering teams.
Identify opportunities for product improvements and submit feature requests.
Maintain high customer satisfaction while adhering to SLA commitments.
Develop, test, or maintain software applications, databases, or analytical tools
Analyze data, generate insights, and ensure system accuracy
Troubleshoot issues and support daily IT operations
Collaborate with teams to deliver high-quality, scalable solutions
Follow documentation, security, and testing standards
Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is below 10th and 6 months - 6+ years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of SQL,Java,JavaScript,HTML,PHP,MySQL,Web (Development),BackEnd (Development),Excel / Advanced Excel,Testing / QA (Manual / Automation),Git / GitHub,Problem Solving,Communication and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required.
