QA / Application Support Engineer

Job Responsibilities: Functional Quality Check • Perform complete hardware diagnostics and quality testing of laptops. • Check motherboard, processor, RAM, SSD/HDD, battery health, display, keyboard, touchpad, webcam, speakers, microphone, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, USB ports, HDMI/VGA ports, LAN port, and charging functionality. • Test operating system installation, drivers, BIOS settings, and software stability. • Verify laptop boot performance and system responsiveness. • Conduct stress testing and thermal performance checks. • Identify hardware faults and coordinate with repair technicians. • Ensure all laptops pass final quality control before packaging and dispatch.

Cosmetic Quality Check • Scratches, dents, cracks, discoloration, and body damage. • LCD condition including white spots, dead pixels, pressure marks, and screen scratches. • Keyboard key condition and palm rest wear. • Hinges, rubber pads, stickers, branding, and outer body appearance. • Battery condition and adapter quality. • Overall cleanliness and finishing of refurbished laptops.

Skills Required • Basic knowledge of laptop hardware components and troubleshooting. • Knowledge of diagnostic tools and testing software. • Ability to identify cosmetic defects accurately. • Understanding of grading standards and QC procedures. • Basic understanding of Windows installation and drivers. • Attention to detail and quality-focused mindset.

Qualification Required: ✓ MSC-IT/Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s degree in Hardware, Electronics, Computer Science, or related field.

Experience: ✓ 1- 2 years as laptop / computer technician ✓ QC/QA Experience in any field Eligibility Criteria: ✓ Age 20 Years+ ✓ Pan and Aadhar card must ✓ No criminal record.

Salary offered (CTC): PF, ESIC, PT as per law ✓ (1-2 years exp): 15000-20000 ✓ (3-4 years exp): 21000-25000
