QA / Application Support Engineer

Job Title: QA Tester

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases and report detailed results

• Identify, record, and track software defects using bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello)

• Conduct functional, regression, and usability testing for web and mobile applications

• Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure timely issue resolution

• Review requirement documents and create detailed test scenarios and cases

• Perform re-testing of fixed issues to verify resolutions

• Provide clear feedback on software usability and performance

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field

• 0–2 year of experience in manual testing (automation knowledge is a plus)

• Understanding of software testing principles, SDLC, and STLC

• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Postman, or Selenium (optional but preferred)

• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail

• Good communication and teamwork skills

Nice to Have:

• Knowledge of basic SQL queries

• Understanding of API testing

• Exposure to Agile/Scrum development environments.

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 0 - 3 years of experience.
