· End-to-End Coordination: Manage both Online (Digital surveys/Panels) and Offline (Fieldwork/Face-to-Face) market research projects from kick-off to final delivery.
· Global Client Liaison: Act as the primary bridge between international clients and our fieldwork teams.
· Flexible Execution: Adapt your working hours (Day or Night) based on project geography (e.g., USA, UK, or APAC) to ensure seamless communication with stakeholders.
· Vendor & Field Management: Source and manage external vendors and freelance surveyors for offline data collection.
· Quality Assurance: Strictly monitor data quality and respondent authenticity to maintain company standards.
· Smart Reporting: Use tools and software to track project progress in real-time and provide concise, data-backed updates to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
· Education: Graduate (Technical backgrounds like BE or BSc IT are preferred).
· Adaptability: Must be comfortable with Flexible/Rotational shifts (Day or Night) depending on project requirements.
· Smart Working Mindset: Ability to multitask, prioritize high-impact tasks, and solve problems independently.
· Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) are mandatory for dealing with global clients.
· Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in Excel and familiarity with online survey platforms and project management tools.
