Project Coordinator

Job Description-Project Coordinator(founders office).

We seek a dynamic Project Coordinator who shall be a part of the founders office with exposure of web designing, project and product design and delivery to join our fintech team in Delhi-NCR. The ideal candidate will coordinate end-to-end project & product delivery under mentorship of leadership team, ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines , regulatory compliance, and customer-centric innovation within timeline, scope, budget. This role requires strong coordination, organizational skills, stakeholder management, and a passion for financial technology.

Collaborate with Website Development, product, engineering, compliance, and operations teams and keep leadership posted on the developments, risks, and dependencies.

Process & Delivery Excellence

Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget.

Optional:Implement agile methodologies and best practices for fintech projects.

Risk & Compliance

Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies based on experience, guidance of and study of similar prevalent models. Ensure adherence to RBI guidelines, data privacy, and fintech regulations.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement

Help founders drive adoption of new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency by studying the ecosystem.

Gather feedback and optimize processes for future projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Science,Commerce,Business, Finance, Technology, or related field.

0–4 years of experience in any/all of above jobs preferably in IT, fintech, banking, or financial services.

Optional:Knowledge of digital payments, lending platforms, or financial products, Agile/Scrum methodologies, JIRA, MS Project, or similar tools.

Good communication, critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving fintech environment.
