Technical Production Manager – Software Development Lifecycle

Location: Trichy – Work from Office

Experience: 6–10 Years

Working Days: 5 Days per Week

Role Overview

We are looking for a Technical Product Manager who can drive end-to-end product development and collaborate closely with engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Drive the complete product development lifecycle from concept to release.

- Work closely with engineering teams to define technical requirements and product priorities.

- Manage product roadmaps, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release planning.

- Collaborate with stakeholders and cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery.

- Identify technical challenges and drive effective solutions.

- Ensure products are scalable, reliable, and aligned with business objectives.

Key Requirements

- 6–10 years of experience in software development.

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in Product Management or Technical Leadership.

- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js, React.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

- Strong understanding of Microservices and REST APIs.

- Experience with time-series databases such as OpenSearch, Click House, or Cassandra.

- Good understanding of AI/ML concepts and their integration into software products.

- Experience working with SaaS and cloud-based platforms.

Must-Have Skills

- Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies, including Sprint Planning and Backlog Grooming.

- Experience in Product Lifecycle Management and end-to-end delivery.

- Strong stakeholder and cross-functional team management skills.

- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and execution skills.

- Ability to balance technical depth with product thinking.
