Job Requirements:
The minimum qualification for this role is Graduate and 2 - 5 years of experience. Hands-on knowledge of Linux,VICI DiAL,BPO,Troubleshoot and modern tools is essential. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills required. Experience in BPO or Call center environments.
