Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical MIS Executive to manage data reporting, dashboards, and performance tracking. The ideal candidate should be highly proficient in Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and capable of transforming raw data into meaningful insights for management decision-making.

~Key Responsibilities:

Collect, compile, analyze, and maintain accurate MIS reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis

Design and manage dashboards, trackers, and automated reports using Excel/Google Sheets

Prepare management reports, performance summaries, and data presentations

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of reports

Coordinate with different departments to gather and validate required data

Support management with data-driven insights and analysis.

~Qualifications:

Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel and Google Sheets.

Excellent knowledge of Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, and data validation.

Ability to handle large datasets with accuracy and efficiency.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good attention to detail and time management skills.

~Experience: 1 to2 years of relevant working experience as an MIS Executive or in a similar role
