Job Title: MIS Executive

Location: Goregaon East, Mumbai

Shift: Rotational including night shift (with flexibility to extend as per business requirements)

CTC: Up to 4 LPA

Job Summary

The MIS Executive will be responsible for creating and sharing accurate reports with Management and Operations teams, ensuring data integrity and providing actionable insights to support business decisions. The role requires strong analytical skills, proficiency in advanced Excel, and the ability to present data effectively.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Prepare, maintain, and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports for Management and Operations teams.

• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all reports and dashboards.

• Perform continuous data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.

• Provide actionable insights to management for strategic decision-making.

• Utilize Advanced Excel formulas for data manipulation and reporting.

• Create visually appealing presentations using PowerPoint for management reviews.

• Work with Power Query for data transformation and automation.

• Knowledge of Power BI for dashboard creation and visualization (added advantage).

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand reporting requirements and deliver solutions.

• Maintain confidentiality and integrity of business data.

Key Skills Required

• Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, Conditional Formatting, etc.)

• Power Query for data cleaning and transformation.

• PowerPoint for data visualization and presentation.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Knowledge of Power BI (preferred).

• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

• Ability to work in rotational shifts and extend shifts when required.

• Excellent communication skills.

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
