We are looking for a highly analytical MIS Executive to manage and streamline our real estate data operations. The primary focus of this role is to design, maintain, and automate complex reporting systems using Google Sheets and Google Apps Script. You will be responsible for providing accurate, real-time insights into sales performance, lead conversion, project timelines, and collection status.
Reporting & Dashboarding: Develop and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports for Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams.
Automation: Use Google Apps Script to automate repetitive tasks, such as sending automated email alerts for payment reminders or syncing data between different sheets.
Data Integrity: Clean and validate large datasets (Leads, Inventory, and CRM exports) to ensure 100% accuracy in management reports.
Lead Management: Track the "Lead-to-Booking" cycle, identifying bottlenecks in the sales funnel using analytical models.
Performance Tracking: Build custom dashboards to track individual sales executive targets vs. actual achievements.
Inventory Control: Maintain a real-time digital inventory of available property units, ensuring no double-bookings or data discrepancies.
Expert Formulas: Proficiency in VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, and QUERY for data retrieval.
Conditional Formulas: Extensive use of SUMIFS, COUNTIFS, and nested IF statements for complex logic (e.g., calculating sales commissions based on tiered targets).
Conditional Formatting: Setting up heat maps and color-coded triggers to highlight overdue payments or low-performing leads.
Pivot Tables: Summarizing vast amounts of project data into scannable insights.
Ability to write and debug JavaScript-based scripts within Google Sheets.
Creating custom menus and sidebars for user-friendly data entry.
Setting up Triggers (Time-driven or On-Edit) for automated reporting.
Connecting Google Sheets with other APIs (e.g., WhatsApp API for lead alerts or Gmail for automated invoicing).
Data Interpretation: Ability to look at a spreadsheet of 10,000 leads and identify which marketing source has the highest ROI.
Problem Solving: Designing a logic-based "Property Pricing Calculator" that accounts for floor-rise charges, PLC (Preferential Location Charges), and GST.
