Key Responsibilities:
Collect and consolidate data from Sales, Finance, HR, Inventory, Supply Chain, etc.
Prepare Daily, Monthly, Product-wise, Territory-wise & Target vs Achievement reports.
Analyze KPIs: Sales Growth %, GP, NP, MoM/YoY growth, product & territory performance.
Prepare financial, stock, outstanding, purchase vs sales, and management dashboards.
Track field force productivity and performance.
Develop automated dashboards using Excel & BI tools.
Maintain MIS software, databases, and reporting systems.
Ensure data accuracy, security, and compliance.
Provide management with timely business insights and analytical support.
Required Skills & Tools:
Technical Skills
Advanced MS Excel (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, Dashboards, Slicers)
Knowledge of SQL, Python, VBA (preferred)
Experience with Power BI / Tableau
Familiarity with ERP & CRM systems
Understanding of SQL Server / MySQL / Oracle databases
Knowledge of data warehousing & ETL processes
Strong understanding of Sales, Purchase, GP/NP calculation & Growth analysis
Pharma MIS reporting knowledge preferred
