Job Description

We are looking for a skilled MIS Executive with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and JavaScript to manage data, automate reports, build dashboards, and support management with accurate and timely information. The candidate will play a key role in data analysis, reporting automation, and system improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare, maintain, and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
Design and manage advanced Excel sheets using:
- Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot
- Advanced formulas (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, IF, SUMIFS)
- Macros & VBA (preferred)
Develop automated dashboards and reports
Use JavaScript for:
- Data validation and automation
- Web-based MIS tools and forms
- Integrating Excel data with web applications
Maintain and monitor stock, sales, purchase, finance, and operational MIS
Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security
Identify gaps and suggest process automation & system improvements
Coordinate with Accounts, Sales, Warehouse, and Management teams
Provide ad-hoc reports as required by management

Technical Skills Required

Advanced MS Excel (Expert level mandatory)
JavaScript (working knowledge to advanced level)
Google Sheets & Google Apps Script (preferred)
Basic knowledge of SQL / Looker Studio / Tableau (added advantage)
Understanding of business processes (Sales, Inventory, Accounts)
