Job Responsibilities:
Provide end-user IT support for hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, and IT peripherals.
Monitor and maintain IT infrastructure, servers, and network systems.
Manage IT assets and maintain proper documentation.
Ensure timely resolution of IT incidents and service requests.
Follow IT security policies and support business continuity.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in IT Support/Desktop Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows OS, Networking, Server Administration, Hardware & Software Troubleshooting.
Good understanding of Active Directory and IT infrastructure.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
Immediate Joiners Preferred.
