Provide technical support for Microsoft Office 365 / Microsoft 365 services
Troubleshoot issues related to Outlook, Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint Online
Handle user account creation, deletion, and modification via Microsoft 365 Admin Center
Manage password resets, mailbox permissions, distribution lists, and shared mailboxes
Diagnose and resolve email issues (mail flow, spam, connectivity, syncing)
Support Teams issues (chat, calls, meetings, permissions)
Assist with OneDrive and SharePoint access, sync, and permission issues
Perform basic Azure Active Directory (AAD) user and group management
Escalate complex issues to Level 2/Level 3 teams or Microsoft Support when required
Maintain incident records, resolution notes, and SLA compliance
Provide end-user guidance and basic training on Office 365 tools
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 / Office 365
Hands-on experience with:
Exchange Online
Microsoft Teams
OneDrive for Business
SharePoint Online
Familiarity with Azure Active Directory
Basic understanding of PowerShell (user/mailbox commands preferred)
Knowledge of Windows OS and basic networking concepts
Experience with ticketing tools.
