We're looking for an experienced IT Systems Administrator to manage and support our IT ecosystem across multiple business units at KMS Group.
What you'll need
3+ years of experience, 5+ preferred
Microsoft 365 Certified: Administrator (required)
Hands-on experience with Fortigate firewalls, Commvault/Metallic backup, DLP and endpoint security
What you'll do
Manage Microsoft 365 users, licensing, security groups and compliance across multiple tenants
Configure and maintain Fortigate firewall policies and network health
Handle IT asset management, vendor coordination and hardware/network troubleshooting
Oversee backup, screen monitoring, DLP and CCTV systems
Support printers, mobile device management and org-wide software deployment
Occasionally assist with SEO, digital marketing and social media support during campaigns
Preferred certifications: CISM, Fortinet NSE 4, ITIL Foundation, CISSP, CompTIA A+
Qualification: Minimum Class 12, Bachelor's or Diploma in IT/CS/Electronics preferred
