Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree / Diploma in Computer Science, IT, or related field
Basic knowledge of:
o Operating Systems (Windows, Linux basics)
o Networking fundamentals (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP)
o Hardware & software troubleshooting
Familiarity with MS Office / Email systems
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Preferred Skills (Good to Have)
Experience with ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Freshdesk, Jira, etc.)
Basic understanding of Active Directory
Knowledge of antivirus and system security
Customer service experience
Who Can Apply
Fresher’s with basic IT knowledge and certification
Candidates with 0–1 year experience in Technical Support / IT Helpdesk
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or chat
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system issues
Install, configure, and maintain computers, printers, and peripherals
Assist with OS installation and basic system configuration
(Windows/Linux/macOS)
Handle password resets, user account creation, and access issues
Escalate complex issues to senior technical staff when required
Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions
Ensure timely resolution of support tickets
Follow IT policies and security procedures
The ideal candidate should have basic IT
knowledge, good communication skills, and a willingness
to learn and grow in a technical environment.
