Job Responsibilities :
• Provide basic IT and computer support to employees.
• Install, configure and troubleshoot computers, printers and other devices.
• Handle basic networking issues such as LAN, Wi-Fi and connectivity.
• Maintain computer systems, software and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
• Manage user accounts, passwords and basic system access.
• Coordinate with internet/service providers when required.
• Maintain records of IT assets and equipment.
• Ensure smooth functioning of computers and network systems across the office/stores.
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of computer hardware and software.
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, routers and networking.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of Windows and MS Office.
• IT/Computer/Networking certification or relevant education preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
