Lissomsoft Technologies is looking for an IT Project Coordinator to support project planning, execution, and delivery by coordinating with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients, developers, QA, and internal teams.
Track project tasks, timelines, deliverables, and dependencies.
Schedule meetings and prepare meeting minutes.
Follow up with team members to ensure timely task completion.
Maintain project plans, documents, and status reports.
Identify delays or risks and escalate them to the Project Manager.
Communicate project updates to clients and stakeholders.
Support projects from initiation through successful delivery.
Required Skills:
Experience in IT project coordination
Understanding of the software development lifecycle
Knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
Good documentation and reporting skills
Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field
