Job Summary:
We are looking for a dedicated and proactive IT Professional to provide Technical and Application Support at client locations. The candidate will be responsible for handling support tickets, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical and application support to end users.
Handle and resolve tickets raised by users within the defined TAT.
Troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Coordinate with internal teams for issue escalation and resolution.
Ensure minimal downtime and smooth functioning of applications.
Maintain proper documentation of issues and resolutions.
Support during system installations, upgrades, and maintenance activities.
Eligibility Criteria:
B.Sc IT or BCA graduates (Freshers can apply).
Basic knowledge of hardware, networking, and software troubleshooting.
Good communication skills (verbal & written).
Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills:
Basic understanding of ticketing tools.
Knowledge of MS Office and basic system configuration.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Good coordination and teamwork abilities.
