Job Overview

We are seeking a versatile and experienced IT Engineer to join our team in Ahmedabad. The ideal candidate will serve as an all-around technology professional, possessing well-rounded expertise across computer systems, networking, web development, software application management, and general IT infrastructure. You will be responsible for keeping our tech stack running smoothly, resolving hardware/software issues, and supporting application and website operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Web & Software Application Support:

  • Manage, update, and support web applications and websites (front-end and back-end basics).

  • Assist in software development, application deployment, API integrations, and database maintenance (SQL/MySQL).

  • Oversee application troubleshooting, performance optimization, and bug fixing.

• Systems & Computer Knowledge:

  • Assemble, configure, and maintain desktop hardware, laptops, servers, and peripherals.

  • Install, update, and support operating systems (Windows, Linux, macOS) and enterprise software.

  • Conduct routine system backups, updates, patches, and security checks.

• Networking & Infrastructure:

  • Setup, configure, and manage network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi routers, switches, and firewalls.

  • Diagnose network connectivity issues and ensure network security/data privacy.

  • Manage user access, domain settings, emails, and cloud storage systems.

• Technical Support & Operations:

  • Provide hands-on technical support to internal employees and resolve IT hardware/software helpdesk tickets promptly.

  • Evaluate new software and hardware products to improve system performance and efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Experience: 5 to 10 years of hands-on experience in IT support, systems administration, and web/software application management.

• Education: Bachelor's degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Applications (BCA/MCA), or related field.

• Software & Web Skills: Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP or Python), CMS management (WordPress, etc.), and database management (MySQL/SQL Server).

• Computer & Hardware Skills: Strong command over computer architecture, hardware assembly, OS configuration, and peripheral troubleshooting.

• Networking Skills: Good working knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPNs, Routers, and Switches.

• Soft Skills: Strong analytical problem-solving skills, good communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 5 - 6+ years Experience.
