Job Description

Role : IT support Professionals

Need to handle US & European team queries for internal software.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.

  • Provide technical support for hardware, software, email, and network-related issues.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve user issues in a timely manner.

  • Install, update, and maintain operating systems and business applications.

  • Create, modify, and manage user accounts and access permissions.

  • Monitor and maintain LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity.

  • Perform routine system backups and antivirus updates.

  • Maintain IT asset inventory and documentation.

  • Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT staff when required.

  • Provide user training and support on IT systems and applications
