Job Title: IT Support Executive
Job Description
The IT Support Executive is responsible for providing technical assistance and support to end-users, ensuring the smooth operation of computer systems, networks, and software applications. This role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring systems, and maintaining IT documentation.
è Key Responsibilities
- Provide first level technical support to employees.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and upgrade computer systems and software.
- Maintain and update IT asset inventory and documentation.
- Collaborate with IT team members to implement security measures and system improvements.
- Assist in the setup of new user accounts, permissions, and profiles.
- Monitor and maintain computer systems, Printers and networks to ensure optimal performance.
- Liaise with external vendors for hardware/software repairs and procurement.
- Train users on IT systems and best practices.
- Maintain CCTV, Access control and EPBX system.
- Other back-office work assigned by seniors.
- Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support or management.
è Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 0 to 2 years’ experience in IT support or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows, Mac OS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Familiarity with networking protocols and hardware.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Customer-focused attitude and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of cybersecurity best practices.
è Salary Range – 15000 to 20000
