Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled IT Assistant to join our team. If you have strong knowledge of Microsoft technologies and data analysis tools, we'd love to hear from you!

Key Requirements:

Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI
Good knowledge of Power Query
Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.)
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas, dashboards)
Basic knowledge of computer hardware, networking, and Windows troubleshooting
Ability to prepare reports, dashboards, and automate routine tasks
Good communication and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports
Clean, transform, and analyze data using Power Query
Provide technical support for Microsoft 365 applications
Assist in IT infrastructure and user support
Maintain data accuracy and generate MIS reports
Coordinate with different departments for IT-related requirements

Qualification:

Graduate in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred)
1–3 years of relevant experience preferred
Freshers with excellent technical knowledge may also apply
