Provide first-level technical support to employees for hardware, software, network, and system-related issues.
Install, configure, maintain, and troubleshoot desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment.
Manage user accounts, access rights, email accounts, and system permissions.
Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, internet, VPN, and other connectivity issues.
Maintain IT asset inventory and ensure proper tracking of hardware and software.
Install and update operating systems, applications, antivirus, and security patches.
Monitor system performance, backups, and basic network infrastructure.
Coordinate with external vendors/service providers for IT-related products and services.
Maintain documentation of IT assets, configurations, licenses, and support activities.
Ensure timely resolution of IT tickets and user issues.
Support data backup, recovery, and basic cybersecurity practices.
Assist with implementation and maintenance of IT policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with IT security and access-control requirements.
Support IT projects, system upgrades, and new technology implementations as required.
