About the Role

This is not a traditional job.

This is a 0–1 execution role at an early-stage startup environment inside Diverse Loopers.

As a Founding Team Associate, you will work directly with the leadership team, executing across product, tech, growth, operations, and strategy — whatever the startup needs to move from idea → product → traction.

You’ll be placed in a 90-day execution war room, working on real products, real clients, and real deadlines.

If you’re looking for structure, comfort, or hand-holding — this role is not for you.

What You’ll Do

Depending on your strengths, you may work across one or more of the following:

Execution & Strategy

• Execute high-priority tasks directly with founders

• Break vague ideas into clear, actionable plans

• Take ownership of problems and ship solutions fast

Product & Tech (for technical profiles)

• Build or improve real products (web, automation, internal tools)

• Work on MVPs, dashboards, workflows, and integrations

• Collaborate with designers, developers, and stakeholders

Growth & Business

• Support go-to-market experiments and partnerships

• Work on outreach, sales enablement, and lead systems

• Analyze performance and iterate fast

Design, Content & Community (if applicable)

• Create brand, UI/UX, or content assets for live products

• Support community building and engagement initiatives

What We’re Looking For

We care more about proof of work than degrees.

You might be a fit if you:

• Have built something real (projects, startups, freelancing, content, communities)

• Learn fast and execute without constant supervision

• Are comfortable with ambiguity and ownership

• Can commit full-time for 90 days

You don’t need to be perfect.

You need to be hungry, disciplined, and accountable.

This role requires a 3-month personal runway

No salary is paid during the 90-day execution phase

This is NOT an internship or training program

This is a career-launching accelerator.
