DCS Technosis Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a proactive, organized, and enthusiastic to support our project management team and contribute to the successful delivery of innovative software solutions.
Location: Mansarovar, Jaipur (On-site)
Experience: 0–3 Years (Freshers with relevant IT knowledge are welcome to apply)
Key Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects.
Coordinate with developers, QA engineers, UI/UX designers, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and project schedules.
Record Minutes of Meetings (MoM) and track action items.
Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely task completion.
Maintain accurate project records and status updates.
Support client communication and resolve day-to-day project coordination activities.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, ClickUp, or Asana is an advantage.
Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time management skills.
Quick learner with a positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
