1. System check and maintenance Daily morning check of all computers, editing systems, servers and network. Daily checklist 100% completed, issues resolved within 2 hours, monthly maintenance report

2. AC and generator check Daily temperature check of server room/studio AC and monthly servicing. Weekly generator trial run, diesel level and battery check, auto-changeover test during power cuts. Zero downtime due to power or AC failure

3. Live streaming (StreamYard and OBS) Setup and test (audio, video, internet) before every live show. Proper handling of StreamYard and OBS, with scenes, overlays and lower thirds ready. Backup stream and backup internet ready. Zero or minimal stream drops

4. Camera management Stock register for all cameras, tripods, mics, cables and lights. Camera check before every shoot or live show, correct footage transfer, fault reporting and repair follow-up

5. Own channel handling (Darsh channel) Timely upload of videos and shorts with proper title, thumbnail, description and tags. Live link scheduling, comment and community monitoring, weekly analytics report (views, watch time, subscribers)

6. Advertisement and ad handling Correct ad insertion as per schedule (live, video and website). Sponsor/client ads running on time, proof of play and ad reports shared, record of ad revenue and missed ads. Zero ad errors

7. Attendance management Daily attendance record (biometric/software), late/absent report, monthly attendance submitted to HR on time, zero wrong entries

8. Projector management Daily check of all projectors/screens in studio, meeting and conference rooms (display, HDMI/wireless connection, remote, focus). Setup ready 15 minutes before every meeting, presentation or event. Lamp/filter life tracking, cleaning and servicing schedule, spare cables/adapters available, fault reporting and repair follow-up. Zero projector failure during meetings or events

9. Website, app and CMS uptime Uptime 99.9%+, no downtime during breaking news, page load under 3 seconds

10. Cybersecurity and backup 2FA on channel, website and social accounts, password policy, antivirus and patches updated. Daily backup, with footage and archive backed up to cloud/offsite

11. Helpdesk and staff support Tickets closed within SLA, staff satisfaction above 4/5, monthly ticket report

12. Innovation and learning At least 2 improvement projects per year (automation, AI tools, workflow) and team training
