🔹 Key Responsibilities:
✔️ Troubleshoot hardware, software, and system-related issues.
✔️ Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment.
✔️ Resolve network, LAN, Wi-Fi, and internet connectivity issues.
✔️ Maintain IT assets, software updates, and system configurations.
✔️ Assist with data backups, antivirus, and basic IT security.
✔️ Provide technical support to employees and ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations.
