CFR Solutions Private Limited is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team. This role is specifically focused on managing and executing online market research projects for our international clients.

As this is a Night Shift role, it is ideal for candidates who are comfortable working in a global time zone environment and are looking to kickstart their career in the Market Research industry.

This role offers an in-hand salary of ₹15,000 and a chance to work in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Online Project Management: Coordinate and oversee the execution of online research surveys and digital fieldwork projects.
• Client Coordination: Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements and provide real-time updates on project progress.
• Quality Control: Monitor online data collection to ensure the accuracy and quality of responses meet the client’s specifications.
• Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues related to online survey links or platform access.
• Documentation: Maintain detailed logs of project milestones, respondent counts, and final deliverables.
• Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure projects are launched and completed within strict deadlines.

Job Requirements:

• Experience: Fresher (Candidates with a BE, BSc IT, or similar background are preferred). • Communication: Good command over English (written and verbal) to interact with global clients. • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable working with online tools, spreadsheets, and survey platforms. • Shift Flexibility: Must be willing to work strictly in the Night Shift. • Attributes: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
