Key Responsibilities
Manage CCTV surveillance systems from the office.
Handle troubleshooting of CCTV software, DVR/NVR, and IP Camera issues
Provide desktop and IT support for office systems
Configure and manage networking, including LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, and switches
Troubleshoot network connectivity and remote access issues
Maintain system performance and uptime
Coordinate with field teams for technical support when required
Maintain technical records and reports
Support software installation and system updates
Required Skills
Good knowledge of CCTV systems and surveillance software
Strong networking knowledge (IP configuration, routers, switches, LAN/Wi-Fi)
Knowledge of desktop support and basic hardware troubleshooting
Familiarity with DVR/NVR and IP Camera systems
Willingness to learn advanced CCTV software and monitoring tools
Good communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work in rotational shifts
Qualifications
Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Networking, Electronics, or related field
Relevant experience in IT support, networking, or CCTV monitoring preferred
