This role focuses mainly on desktops, laptops, printers, and related hardware.


🔧 Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for IT hardware issues

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware problems (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals)

  • Log and track support tickets using helpdesk systems

  • Coordinate with field technicians or vendors for repairs and replacements

  • Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware systems

  • Perform routine maintenance and system upgrades

  • Manage inventory of IT hardware and spare parts

  • Ensure timely resolution of issues as per SLA (Service Level Agreement)

  • Assist users with basic technical guidance and setup

  • Maintain documentation of issues, solutions, and procedures
