We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Executive to manage and support the organization’s IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth functioning of systems, provide technical support to employees, and maintain IT security and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT equipment
Manage user accounts, email setups, and access controls
Monitor and maintain network systems, servers, and internet connectivity
Troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware/software faults
Ensure data backup, system security, and antivirus protection
Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and procurement
Maintain IT inventory, asset tracking, and documentation
Assist in the implementation of new technologies and system upgrades
Ensure compliance with IT policies and data security standards
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support/system administration
Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, and basic networking
Familiarity with LAN/WAN, routers, switches, and firewalls
Basic understanding of cybersecurity practices
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)
Knowledge of ticketing systems and IT service management tools
Certifications like CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar are a plus
