IT Executive

Job Summary

The IT Executive is responsible for maintaining the organization's IT infrastructure, providing technical support, managing hardware and software resources, and ensuring the smooth operation of networks, CCTV systems, access control systems, and end-user devices.

Key Responsibilities

1. Install, configure and maintain operating systems, servers and network devices.

2. Administer routers, firewalls, access points and network switches.

3. Monitor system performance, security and availability.

4. Maintain system documentation and troubleshooting guides.

5. Support IT projects and implementation of new technologies.

6. Manage IT asset inventory and records.

7. Track software licenses and compliance.

8. Install and maintain CCTV cameras, DVRs and NVRs.

9. Perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV systems.

10. Monitor image quality, coverage and system performance.

11. Support CCTV upgrades and expansions.

12. Configure IP-based CCTV systems and network integration.

13. Provide end-user support for CCTV-related issues.

14. Maintain installation and maintenance records.

15. Ensure compliance with security and privacy regulations.

16. Train users on CCTV system operations.

17. Troubleshoot laptops, desktops and printers.

18. Perform RAM, HDD, SSD and M.2 upgrades.

19. Install and configure printers.

20. Manage ESSL biometric and door access control systems.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Computer Science, IT or related field.

• Experience in IT support, networking, CCTV and access control systems.

• Knowledge of Windows OS, networking, hardware and security systems.

• Strong troubleshooting, communication and documentation skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• It is a Full Time IT / Software / Data Analyst job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
