Configure, manage, and troubleshoot LAN, WAN, and networking devices
Manage and monitor firewalls (configuration, rules, security policies)
Set up and maintain VPN connections for remote users
Ensure network security, uptime, and performance
Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
Install, configure, and maintain servers (Windows/Linux)
Perform OS installation, upgrades, and system patching
Manage user accounts, permissions, and system backups
Monitor server health and troubleshoot hardware/software issues
Troubleshoot desktop, laptop, and peripheral issues
Install, configure, and maintain printers and scanners
Provide IT support to users for hardware and software problems
Maintain IT inventory and documentation
Install, configure, and maintain CCTV cameras and NVR/DVR systems
Troubleshoot camera, cabling, and recording issues
Ensure proper functioning and security of surveillance systems
Provide technical support to employees
Perform regular system checks and preventive maintenance
Coordinate with vendors for hardware and software support
Ensure compliance with IT policies and procedures
Strong knowledge of Networking (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
Hands-on experience with Firewall & VPN configuration
Experience with Server management
Knowledge of OS installation (Windows, Linux)
Experience with printer troubleshooting and configuration
Hands-on knowledge of CCTV camera installation and support
Good problem-solving and communication skills
Diploma / Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
1–3 years of experience in IT support or system/network administration
Relevant certifications (Networking, Firewall, Server) are a plus
